Dip Day! Pepperoni Dip

This recipe is often found at my family gatherings and parties.  It is one of our all time favorite dips and a total crowd pleaser!  The ingredients seems very strange but trust me, it works!  This dip is so cheesy and savory and a little spicy from the pepperoni, just amazing.  The bread is the perfect accompaniment.  Crackers just don’t cut it for this dip!  Make Pepperoni Dip this week and everyone will thank you!

1/4 lb sliced pepperoni from the deli counter
1 bar cream cheese, at room temperature
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 baguette or loaf of Italian bread, sliced

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Stack the pepperoni into two stacks and slice into 1/4 inch squares.

Mix together the soup and the cream cheese.

Add in the pepperoni and mix well.

Spread into a 9 inch baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes stir the dip and put back in the oven for another 15 minutes.

Serve hot with the bread!  Enjoy!
